Are you frazzled, exhausted, in need of some care. I am now offering nervous system resets at the Round House. This will be a bespoke service to you.
It will include:
a one to one consultation with me. Within this consultation we will do a deep dive into what has brought you to this moment in your life. It will also include mapping your nervous system and beginning to look at ways in which you can reset it, ideas on diet, wild medicine, qigong forms. We will make notes and you will go home with a variety of easy and simple ideas on how to maintain a sense of wellbeing in your life.
