Seaweed footbaths

Nourish yourself with a relaxing footbath of seaweed and Epsom salts. Using my homemade healing balm and acipoints you will be left feeling restored.

What are the benefits?

What is a seaweed footbath?

A seaweed footbath uses hot water and seaweed to revitalise tired feet. When steeped, the seaweed releases nutrient-rich oils, vitamins and minerals (including iodine, magnesium and potassium) that soften skin and soothe aching muscles.

I forage my seaweeds from beaches across the South Hams.

Footbaths have been used across the world as a way to both nourish and relax. Soaking your feet will allow you to drop into a deep sense of relaxation.

The addition of seaweed and Epsom salts allows you to absorb all the trace minerals found in them. Magnesium in Epsom salts will help set your nervous system and soothe your muscles, whilst seaweed contains a whole range of trace minerals and numerous health benefits.

Using my homemade healing balm and acupoints (similar to Reflexology) you will be left feeling settled, grounded and restored.
