SEASONAL AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS
Five element deeper dive
Each afternoon will include
One hour Qigong lesson - covering forms that connect to the season and what is present in the world around us.
Theory behind each element, meridians, spirit and physical connection.
Time for self-reflection including questions and prompts to understand how each element is present within you.
DIet and herbs that support each element.
Self-care practice including acupressure points that support each element/season.
Meditation/visualisation to bring you into a deeper relationship with each season and yourself.
This course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in the Five Element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is also suitable for therapists who wish to incorporate deeper seasonal awareness in their own work. This ancient knowledge is as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago and the combination of TCM theory, movement, and self-care practice.

“Tash is warm, tender and wise which creates an environment of safety and healing. I’ve had moments of deep realisation, experiences of profound, relief from emotional suffering and have felt heard and seen. Tash can work with the physical body and ailments often providing guidance from her knowledge of natural remedies and her qigong practices. But I personally have found that the way Tash works with my emotions and energy is what is most wonderful. I couldn’t recommend Tash and the beautifully restful Cedar Shed enough!”
