Cancellations

The running of a small business is precarious and so it is essential to have a cancellation policy in place. Please read the following before proceeding to booking and payment.

Full payment is required on booking any session.
Payment is accepted at the time of booking via the online system - your appointment will be confirmed once your payment is received.
Changes/cancellations can be made to an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand.
From 24 hours no changes will be possible and no refund will be given.
